As part of World Environment Day, INS Shikra conducted various activities including, painting and essay writing competitions, tree plantation, beach cleanship and a lecture by Dr. Smita, expert in field of plastic waste management. Personnel of Naval Air Station also took LiFE (Lifestyle For the Environment) Pledge as a part of pre-World Environment Day activities.
