An Outward Bound Exercise (OBE) was conducted for 77 Officers of 102 IOTC at Suryanelli, Idukki District from 02 - 04 June 2023. The aim of exercise was to garner espirit-de-corps, imbibe leadership qualities, reinforce a spirit of adventure and promote teamwork in Young Officers. As part of three day camp, officers participated in various adventure activities. In addition, a fireside chat with Capt P Raj Kumar (Retd) was conducted for trainee Officers. RAdm Upal Kundu, CSO(Trg), SNC was chief guest for the camp fire on last day of exercise. During his address, he emphasised importance of effective organisation and team work.
