On preceeding week of World Hydrography Day, a visit of 23 students of Sacred Heart College, Kochi was organised onboard INS Sutlej at SNC, Kochi on 11 Jun 2023. The students were taken around ship and introduced to various hydrographic equipment and their usage. A short film on importance of hydrography towards safety of marine navigation and furtherance of Project Sagarmala by GoI was also played. Commanding Officer addressed students and apprised them about numerous survey operations undertaken by Indian Navy in India and friendly foreign nations.
