ND Visakhapatnam organised a Yoga Shivir at Meghadripeta Defence Civilian Colony for all Officers, Defence Civilian personnel, and their families as a run-up to International Day of Yoga 23 being celebrated with theme “Yoga for Humanity” from 10 - 11 Jun 2023. Yoga Shivir was conducted by Shri Jairam Upadhyay, a trained Yoga teacher from Yogpeeth, Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
