In run-up to International Day of Yoga23 and as part of theme Ocean Ring of Yoga and Yoga from Arctic to Antarctica, INS Tarkash is deployed to Gulf of Oman for Op Sankalp and has performed Yoga onboard spreading the message of Yoga benefits towards a healthy lifestyle.
