INS Trishul is on Overseas Deployment to East coast of Africa. During port calls at Mombasa, Kenya, Anjoun Comoros and Durban, joint yoga sessions with service personnel of host countries were conducted. In addition, as a run-up to IDY23, Inter-departmental Quiz, Poster Making and Slogan Writing competitions were also conducted to spread around about yoga.
