As an initiative to reach out to young populace of State of Odisha, INS Chilka participated in 18th Education Conclave organised by Indian Chamber of Commerce at Bhubaneswar from 18 - 20 Jun 2023. The conclave was inaugurated by Smt Sulochna Das, Mayor (Bhubaneswar) where INS Chilka was invited to setup a stall for educating young students, parents and teachers of schools of Bhubaneshwar about various career avenues in Indian Navy as Officer and under Agnipath scheme. The stall also highlighted various opportunities for Women in Indian Navy as officers and as Agniveers under Agnipath Scheme.
