Indian Navy congratulates Lt Cdr Ujjwal Choudhary from ND Vishakhapatnam for finishing 5th in his age group in Ironman Triathlon conducted in Kazakhstan on 02 Jul 2023, with a finishing time of 11 hrs 04 minutes. The race included 3.8Km of swimming, 180 Km of cycling and 42.2 Km of running. While there were a total of around 400 participants from across the globe, the officer was fastest among 50 Indian participant. He has also qualified for world championship to be held in France.
