Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor Ladakh Brig (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) and Adm R Hari Kumar CNS flagged off Motorcycle Expedition from Spituk Football Stadium, Leh on 07 Jul 2023 for the last leg of outreach expedition covering about 5000 kms, traversing across remote areas and tough terrains of Ladakh.
