INS Trishul visited Port Dar-es-Salam from 07 to 08 Jul 2023. On departure, ship undertook Joint EEZ surveillance with Tanzanian Navy and participated in a Maritime Partnership Exercise MPX with TNS Fatundu and TNS Pengusi, which included VERTREP, Manoeuvres, VBSS and steam past. During her stay in harbour, a joint briefing for MPX was held onboard, which was attended by Commanding Officers of participating ships. Commanding Officer, INS Trishul called on and interacted with senior naval officers of Tanzanian Navy. On 08 Jul 2023, a joint Yoga session was organised onboard wherein TPDF personnel participated along with ship's crew. In addition, ship was open for visitors, wherein Indian diaspora and HCI staff at Dar-es-Salam visited ship.
