The inaugural function of 28th Southern Naval Command civilian employees cultural meet 2023 was held at Naval Ship Repair Yard (NSRY), Kochi on 12 Jul 2023. The event was inaugurated by Chief Guest, Rear Admiral Subir Mukherjee, Admiral Superintendent of the Yard. The event witnessed attendance by service personnel and spirited participation from all defence civilians of Kochi station. The cultural meet is an annual event conducted to provide a forum for showcasing artistic talents of civilian employees and inculcate competitive spirit amongst them.
