Shri Ramesh Bais, Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra visited indigenous destroyer INS Visakhapatnam and submarine INS Vela at ND Mumbai on 17 Jul 2023. Hon’ble Governor was briefed by VAdm Sanjay Bhalla, COS WNC and Capt Ashok Rao, Commanding Officer, INS Visakhapatnam. Cmde Sriram Amur, COMCOS (W) and Cdr Mithilesh Upadhyay, CO, INS Vela conducted the visit of Hon’ble Governor onboard the submarine.
