An interactive training capsule on Indian Navy Strategy for Mental Health Assistance, Resilience and Training (IN-SMART) was conducted by Department of Psychiatry at INHS Sanjivani on 22 Jul 2023. The capsule deliberated upon stress management, suicide prevention, marital harmony and administrative aspects while dealing with psychiatric illness. The event was attended by personnel from various ships and ashore units of SNC. The attendees were trained to conduct such sessions at Unit level, in line with IN-SMART policy of reaching out to the last man in unit.
