On assuming charge as FOCINC ENC, VAdm Rajesh Pendharkar, laid a floral wreath in a solemn ceremony at NWM, New Delhi on 04 Aug 23, to pay homage to extraordinary valour, courage, selfless dedication and sacrifices of numerous bravehearts of Indian Armed Forces.
