The glorious occasion of our country’s 77th Independence Day was celebrated at Sankalp, Visakhapatnam, a Special Education and Advisory Centre for children with special needs. RAdm R S Dhaliwal felicitated the event as Chief Guest. An enthralling cultural program was put up jointly by students of Sankalp and Balwadi, a school for the under privileged children run by NWWA.
