Adm R Hari Kumar CNS, during his visit to Kolkata, interacted with Naval Personnel and Defence Civilians of IN Netaji Subhas and allied Naval Units. Appreciating their ops and administrative role, he exhorted the crew to proactively imbibe the mantra of 'Perform, Reform and Transform'.
