The passing out ceremony of maiden batch of Agniveers was held at School for Naval Airmen, Kochi on 18 Aug 2023. A total of 255 Agniveers including 29 women trainees successfully completed the course. Cmde K Sri Vatsa, Commanding Officer, INS Garuda was Chief Guest for the event and felicitated the award winners. In addition to professional training, the trainees participated in various sports championship, cross country and co-curricular activities. The Agniveers would now join the frontline Air Squadrons of Indian Navy.
