General Manoj Pande COAS interacted with Naval Commanders during Commanders' Conference and provided a brief insight into security situation along the borders. COAS highlighted various modernisation, indigenisation and HR initiatives undertaken by IndianArmy, avenues of augmenting TriService synergy while also stressing that the Services must learn from each other and benefit from best practices.
