As part of Monsoon Series lectures, INHS Asvini conducted a lecture on 'Nutrition in Children' on 18 Sep 2023. Surg RAdm Anupam Kapur, CMO, WNC was the Chief Guest at the event. A Gynaecologist, Paediatrician and Dietician from INHS Asvini spoke about nutrition in pregnancy, infants, children and adolescents emphasising importance of good nourishment in antenatal period, breast feeding and good feeding practices throughout childhood. Service personnel and families benefited from the talk and participated actively during the Q and A session.
