VAdm Suraj Berry COP interacted with Indian Navy Civilians over tea. He highlighted recent HR initiatives implemented such as Digital India, SPARSH, SPARROW, online NOCs and family logbook among others. COP shared his vision and delivered an inspiring speech boosting morale of the Naval Civilian personnel in attendance.
