Adm R Hari Kumar CNS, attended the 25th International Seapower Symposium ISS from 19-22 Sep 2023, Naval War College, United States. ISS provides opportunity to engage with FFCs towards shared vision of enhancing maritime cooperation in Indo Pacific. CNS spoke about the challenges of Human Resource Management, with specific reference to recruitment and retention of trained personnel and India’s initiatives towards addressing these through Agnipath Scheme, empowering women and driving the Indian Navy into a gender-neutral force.
