Mrs Kala Hari Kumar is accompanying Admiral R Hari Kumar, Chief of the Naval Staff, who is heading the Indian Navy delegation at the International Sea power Symposium, 2023 at Rhode Island, Newport from 19th to 22 Sept 2023.
