Centre of Ethics, Leadership and Behavioural Studies CELABS at Naval Base, Kochi conducted the 12th Leadership and Ethics Workshop from 25 to 30 September 2023. The Tri-Services Workshop is a comprehensive training program designed to empower participants with skills, values and mind-set required from leaders along with insights on high standards of ethics and leadership. A total of 21 officers from the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Coast Guard and Indian Police Services participated in the workshop. Workshop included experiential learning through case studies, role-playing exercises and real-world scenarios simulating challenges for leaders. The Guest Speakers included VAdm MP Muralidharan (Retd), Cmde NAJ Joseph (Retd), Cdr Raj Davis (Retd) and Shri KG Sreejith Panicker who shared their experiences on attributes of leadership. The course participants also visited various training establishments and Naval Ships at SNC, Kochi.
