VAdm Rajesh Pendharkar, FOCINC ENC reviewed the operational readiness of Eastern Fleet at sea. CINC witnessed multifarious exercises viz surface, sub-surface, air and anti-air operations by ships of Eastern Fleet under the command of RAdm Gurcharan Singh FOCEF. Un-altered exercises, successful weapon firings including anti-submarine weapon firings, as well as amphibious operations were the highlights of the readiness inspection. CINC embarked and interacted with crew of participating ships and expressed his satisfaction at combat readiness of Eastern Fleet. He also appreciated hard work, dedication and morale of men and women onboard ships and exhurted them to continue excel in their roles.
