In a major boost to training infrastructure at SNC, 'Eklavya Baffle Range' was inaugurated at NAD Alwaye on 16 Oct 2023. The range named after the legendary archer Eklavya was inaugurated by former naval shooter Shri PT Raghunath, ex- MCME I (Hon Lt), in presence of RAdm Upal Kundu CSO(Trg), HQSNC and other dignitaries. The six lane range spread over an area of 30,000 sqm has been designed by Terminal Ballistic Research Laboratory, Chandigarh, a DRDO laboratory. This facility will provide realistic training, both day and night, to all the security personnel and trainees at SNC.
