VAdm Dinesh K Tripathi, FOCINC WNC, interacted with young officers of WNC in a candid, free, and frank ‘Fire Side Chat’ on 16 Oct 2023. CINC shared his life experiences and highlighted need for constant self-improvement, pursuing professional excellence, adroit time management and being focused on outcomes to achieve success. He also emphasised need to overcome disappointments, encourage work-life balance and develop art of rational thinking and swift decision-making. The interactive session witnessed active participation of over 350 junior officers and helped forge a stronger connection between senior leadership and future leaders of Indian Navy.
