Hon’ble Vice President Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar arrived at INS Dega on a maiden visit to Visakhapatnam on 28 Oct 2023. On arrival, the Vice President was received by VAdm Rajesh Pendharkar, FOCINC ENC and officials from State and District Administration. The Hon’ble Vice President reviewed a ceremonial Guard of Honour before proceeding to Andhra Medical College to preside over the Centenary Celebrations. During his visit to ENC, Hon’ble Vice President was given a comprehensive briefing on the role and responsibilities of Command and thereafter held discussions with FOCINC at HQENC. He also planted a sapling in HQENC premises. The Hon’ble Vice President was taken on boat cruise for harbour familiarisation and briefed on the capabilities of the ships and facilities at NavalDockyard, Visakhapatnam.
