Adm R Hari Kumar, CNS held bilateral discussions with H.E. Mohamed Ali Youssoufa, Delegate in Charge of Defence, Presidency of the Union of Comoros on the sidelines of GMC 2023. Discussions on avenues to enhance bilateral defence relations; and key aspects of furthering maritime cooperation through capacity building and capability enhancement. The meeting was also attended by Commandant Abdoulwahab Ali Aziri of the Comorian Coast Guard.
