VAdm Rajesh Pendharkar, FOCINC ENC held bilateral discussions with VAdm Priyantha Perera, Commander of Sri Lanka Navy on the side lines of Goa Maritime Conclave 2023. The two leaders exchanged ideas on future trajectory of bilateral and multilateral engagements between two navies towards collaborative pursuit of maritime security.
