NSRY Kochi conducted a pre-retirement counselling for 42 defence civilian employees retiring from Yard in 2024, along with their family members. The event was inaugurated by RAdm Subir Mukherjee, ASY Kochi. The sessions included lectures by Dattopand Thengadi National Board for Workers Education on various aspects of finance management, coping with transition post retirement, social adaptation and security. The counselling was aimed at preparing employees and their families to adapt to changes in life after retirement.
