2nd edition of Nirman Aarekhan Diwas was successfully organised by NHO/ DNA for Design Officers and Drawing Staff of Construction Cadre at Varunika Auditorium, Delhi on 04 Nov 2023. RAdm M N Menon, PD(SC), HQATVP was the Chief Guest for event. More than 300 serving and retired personnel including families attended cultural function to celebrate hard work and dedication of these unsungwarships and are actively contributing towards achieving Atmanir heroes who have contributed to design and building of indigenous bhar Bharat. The event was filled with vibrant performances and a heart-warming sense of bonhomie.
