VAdm Dinesh K Tripathi, FOCINC WNC, also CINC, Coastal Defence, West and Shri Manoj Saunik, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Maharashtra co-chaired second meeting of the Apex Committee for Review of Coastal Security for state of Maharashtra on 09 Nov 2023 at Mantralaya. The meeting was attended by senior officials of the Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, India Coast Guard, Govt of Maharashtra, Police, Fisheries, Port Authorities, and other agencies. Several key issues to enhance Coastal Security measures in the State and interoperability among various agencies were discussed and a focussed way ahead agreed upon.
