In the run up to the Navy Week 2023, the SNC hosted a transformative day for specially-abled children during their visit to Naval ships and museum setup at Naval Institute of Aeronautical NIAT on 18 Nov 2023. The event witnessed more than 100 special children and teachers from various schools of Ernakulam. The visit carefully curated to cater to diverse needs, unfolded as a testament to the organization's commitment to fostering inclusivity and societal outreach. The itinerary featured guided tour of INS Tir and INS Sagardhwani and interactive exhibits from various Naval Training Schools which were displayed at NIAT. The event saw heartwarming moments as children, accompanied by their teachers, navigated through the ships and exhibits with wide-eyed wonder and curiosity. The smiles, laughter and shared joy echoed the success of an event designed to create lasting memories.
