Maiden edition of high-level virtual interaction MAHASAGAR 'Maritime Heads for Active Security And Growth for All in the Region', hosted by Adm R Hari Kumar CNS on 29 Nov 2023. Heads of Maritime Agencies/ Senior Reps from 11 IndianOcean Littorals participated. Discussions between Heads of Navy/ Maritime Agencies from Bangladesh, Comoros, India, Kenya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mozambique, Seychelles, SriLanka and Tanzania, focussed on common maritime challenges and need to have collaborative approach to mitigate these challenges.
