As part of Navy Week 23 celebrations, a symphonic band concert led by Commander Vijay D'Cruz was organised at Sagarika auditorium, Naval Base, Kochi on 03 Dec 2023. VAdm MA Hampiholi, FOCINC SNC hosted the event with Shri Arif Mohammed Khan, Hon'ble Governor of Kerala as Chief Guest. More than 500 personnel attended the event. The band played a variety of repertoire ranging from Indian classical, military martial music, marches, vocals and patriotic songs. The hour long scintillating performance by 45 talented naval musicians enthralled and instilled patriotic fervour amongst the audience. The band concert culminated with amazing vocal rendition of Tri Services Song, a stirring medley comprising the signature marching songs of Indian Navy, Indian Army and Indian Air force.
