At a solemn ceremony on the occasion of Navy Day 2023, VAdm Dinesh K Tripathi, FOCINC WNC laid a floral wreath at the Victory at Sea Memorial, at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai. Paying homage to our valiant heroes, the CinC offered shradhanjali those who have made the supreme sacrifice in service to the nation.
