A coordination meeting to enhance clientele satisfaction regarding supply of medicines and streamline coordination between ECHS polyclinics and medical stores was chaired by Surg Cmde Ajit Gopinath, Commanding Officer INHS Sanjivani on 13 Dec 2023. The meeting was attended by Officer-in-Charge of eight ECHS Polyclinics, representatives of Regional Centre ECHS and Station Headquarters (Navy). The meeting delved into actionable strategies to improve overall medical service quality and identifying areas for improvement, emphasising need for seamless communication and efficient collaboration. Further, means of optimising medicine supply chain, maintaining accurate monthly maintenance figures and better synergy between medical stores and polyclinics were also discussed. The meeting served as a platform for getting together pharmacists and doctors from various polyclinics towards improved medical care for veterans.
