VAdm Dinesh K Tripathi, FOCINC WNC inaugurated 126 dwelling units at INHS Asvini named ‘KAVINA’ in memory of Late Lt Cdr Bahadur Nariman Kavina, Vir Chakra on 14 Dec 23. The building project in G-13 configuration will help mitigate shortage of accommodation for personnel at South Mumbai.
