Indian Navy successfully completed maiden in-country pilot training of multi role MH60R helicopter at INS Garuda, Kochi. RAdm Anshuman Chauhan, ACNS(Air Materiel), presented graduation parchments to trainee officers in a ceremonial event on 15 Dec 2023. The occasion also marked the completion of conversion training for Air Operations officers including two women officers and competency training for technical officers. The in-country training of the MH60R crew paves the way for sustained in-country operations and a step towards Aatma Nirbharta in aircrew training on this versatile platform.
