Adm R Hari Kumar CNS attended the 8th IONS Conclave of Chiefs conducted by Royal Thai Navy at Bangkok, Thailand from 19 to 22 Dec 2023. 27 Members/ Observer countries participated in the conclave. India took over as the co-Chair of IONS Working Gps on MaritimeSecurity and HADR.
