INHS Asvini, in keeping with its vision to provide comprehensive and state-of-the-art medical facilities has taken another laudable stride. A new preventive Oncology Unit has been opened at the hospital. The aim of the unit is to provide screening, consultation and advise measures to prevent occurrence of cancer and for its early detection. As part of its community outreach activity, the facility would improve awareness among the clientele on measures to be taken to prevent cancers. The unit has been operationalised from 27 Dec 2023 in Oncology OPD Complex of the hospital.
