Prevention of suicide in Indian Navy: A training programme of Unit Mental Health Resilience Co-ordinators UMHRCs and PMOs of Mumbai Station was conducted on 27 and 28 Dec 2023 in Department of Psychiatry INHS ASVINI. The training programme included sensitisation about stress, stress management, positive mental health, basics of counselling and substance use disorders. The programme started with a pre-course assessment and ended with a post-course assessment and feedback. The programme was attended by 31 personnel.
