Rear Admiral M Murli Mohan Raju, took charge as CSO(P & A) at ENC on promotion to Flag rank on 01 Jan 2024. Hailing from Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradhesh, an alumnus of Sainik School, Korukonda and NDA, he was commissioned on 01 Jul 1990 into the Executive Branch of IndianNavy. After undergoing his Long Logistics and Management Course in 1995-96, he served onboard various ships namely INS Vindhyagiri, INS Viraat, INS Taragiri, INS Tabar and INS Delhi as logistics officer. He was commissioning Logistics Officer of INS Tabar. He also served in shore establishments INS Angre and INS Virbahu. His staff tenures include Fleet Logistics Officer, Western Fleet, Joint Director of Procurement, Director of Logistics Support and Commodore Procurement at NHQ, Logistics Officer-in-Charge, NPO, Mumbai, Command Works officer at HQENC and Material Superintendent at MO Visakhapatnam. He underwent HDMC at CDM Secunderabad in 2013-14. He was awarded Nausena Medal for devotion to duty in 2019.
