Cmde Ashutosh Bhat took over as Commanding officer, INS Eksila, Visakhapatnam from Cmde Sanjay Adhana on 15 Jan 2024. Cmde Ashutosh Bhat was commissioned into Indian Navy in 1994 and has served onboard frontline Warships INS Delhi, INS Pralaya, INS Veer and INS Anjadip.
