RAdm RS Dhaliwal, accompanied by Mrs Neelu Dhaliwal, NWWA Coordinator visited Sankalp, Visakhapatnam to celebrate 34 successful years of making a difference in the life of Special Children. The events included cake cutting followed by Gift distribution to children and interaction.
