03 Feb 2024 marks the inauguration of new Sailors 250 men In-living accommodation at INS Circars, graced by Admiral R Hari Kumar, CNS. The building has been named in honour of the valiant Megh Nath Sangal, MCEAP-II who displayed unwavering courage during 1971 Indo-Pak War and was awarded Vir Chakra. The inauguration of this state of the art building was a momentous occasion witnessed by Mr. Nirankush Sangal, son of Megh Nath Sangal, MCEA(P) II, who journeyed from Dubai to honour his father's legacy.
