A proud moment for Indian Navy as Miss Kaamya Karthikeyan, daughter of Cdr Karthikeyan, clinched two medals including a gold at the Khelo India Winter Games 2024, the flagship event of India held at Gulmarg under the aegis of kheloindia. The 16-year-old, Class XI student at NCS, Mumbai, clinched a gold and a bronze medal in the vertical and sprint events of skimountaineering. Her wins are particularly notable as this was her debut at the senior national level of the Winter Games.
