A workshop was organized by Karmayogi Bharat and Capacity Building Commission on 6th March 2025 at #VigyanBhawan. The event brought together industry leaders and representatives from various Government of India departments. The workshop focused on enhancing learner engagement, a crucial factor in improving online training outcomes across government organizations.

Commodore Saurabh Agrawal, Commodore (Civilian Personnel) from the Directorate of Civilian Personnel, #NavalHeadquarters, was invited as a distinguished panelist for the discussion on 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐛𝐲 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐌𝐃𝐎𝐬. His insights were instrumental in exploring innovative strategies to inspire and engage learners effectively, contributing to the broader goal of strengthening capacity-building initiatives within the government.
