The Naval Aeronautical Quality Assurance Service organized Naval Aviation Quality Assurance Conference with theme of 'Attaining Aatmanirbhar Bharat : Mission Mode Quality Assurance for Military Air Assets'. The conference aimed to discuss challenges and opportunities in achieving self-reliance in manufacturing/ sustenance of military air assets ensuring requisite high standards of quality assurance towards mission ready airworthiness. The conference was attended by senior functionaries from Indian Air Force, DGAQA and other departments of MoD . The participants discussed various aspects of quality assurance, including design, production, maintenance, and inspection of military air assets. The major thrust during conference was need for Indian Armed Forces to fast track indigenous manufacturing capabilities to achieve self-reliance. The discussions held during conference will be valuable in formulating policies and strategies to enhance domestic manufacturing capabilities and ensure quality assurance in production of military air assets.
