Lt Cdr Pratishtha of School of Naval Oceanology and Meteorology at SNC won best presentation award in TROPMET 2023, a national symposium on Tropical Meteorology conducted by Indian Meteorological Society IMS. TROPMET is a series of national conferences organised annually by IMS. This year, TROPMET was hosted by IMS Jaipur Chapter at Birla Institute of Scientific Research, Jaipur, from 22 - 24 Nov 2023. The theme of TROPMET 2023 was Changing Dynamics of Arid Region and impact on Weather and Climate over Indian Subcontinent.
